Terms and Conditions — 93pkr

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 93pkr platform, accessible at 93pkr.pro, and all services offered through it, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, slots and promotions. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

93pkr reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and your continued use of 93pkr after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, the appropriate course of action is to stop using the platform and request withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms apply to all players using the platform from Pakistan. All financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By using this platform, you confirm that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction and that you take full personal responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable to you.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 93pkr, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 93pkr is an adults-only platform and takes underage gambling seriously.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 93pkr or any of its affiliated companies.

93pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be void and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after due process.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You are allowed to hold only one active account on 93pkr at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under a different name, email address or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address and a unique, strong password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 93pkr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. 3.2 Account Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, 93pkr will carry out a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) check. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of your registered address and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Submitting clear, legible documents helps keep this process as quick as possible. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals delayed or suspended.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 93pkr support team. If you have a balance at the time of closure, it will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC checks. 93pkr reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 93pkr are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from someone else's account — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank. 93pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks once the transfer has been initiated on your end.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass KYC verification. This is a one-time process — once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow a standard processing timeline.

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit wherever possible. In cases where this is not possible, the 93pkr payments team will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative. Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours, with mobile wallet payouts often arriving faster than bank transfers.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. If you have an active bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

93pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies equally to all players regardless of account history.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 93pkr are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to PKR 25,000 on their first deposit. To claim this bonus, you must opt in to the offer before making your qualifying deposit — the bonus cannot be applied retrospectively. The qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold stated on the Promotions page at the time of registration.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued at 93pkr are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus combined) a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Failure to complete wagering before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are issued for personal use only. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using a bonus solely on low-risk or excluded games to meet wagering requirements in bad faith

7. Betting Rules

Bets placed on 93pkr are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing bet details — including stake, selection and odds — before confirming. Errors made by the player during bet placement cannot be reversed after confirmation.

In sports betting, 93pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds or markets published before official team announcements. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules, which are published in the sports section of the platform.

For cricket and PSL markets specifically — which are among the most popular on the platform — bets are settled according to the official result announced by the governing cricket body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the point the bet was accepted, not at the point the bet was placed if there is a delay in transmission.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified. This does not imply any wrongdoing — it is a standard risk management measure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 93pkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 93pkr to process funds obtained illegally or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts or bots to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a way that abuses the platform's pricing.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been used for gambling. All disputed transactions are thoroughly investigated and false claims may result in legal action.
• Exploiting software bugs: Intentionally using a technical error or glitch in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through a known bug will be void.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using stolen identity documents or impersonating another person.

9. Responsible Gaming

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.

93pkr is not responsible for the content, functionality or accuracy of third-party game providers' software. Issues arising from a provider's game engine should be raised with support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

12. Changes to These Terms

93pkr reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where changes are material, a notification will be displayed on the platform or sent to your registered email address.

If you continue to use 93pkr after updated terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and request withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date.
